Projects:

• Currently responsible for delivery of MR GE Stage V variants ranging from 49.5 hp to 75 hp for Turkey market.
• Successfully resolved failure of center housing in compact series due to 3 point linkages mounting and converted proposed idea into cost saving project and implemented in 2023.
• Successfully completed and delivered MR GE Stage III A & Stage III B variants ranging from 55 hp to 65 hp in year 2022.
• Successfully completed and delivered smart lift feature for all Turkey projects in year 2017.
• Resolved Air cleaner failure concern in Morocco for MF290 and MF275 Xtra models in 2019.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing entire projects in NPI process using wind-chill with support of CFT members.
• Responsible for leading vehicle aggregates, confirming vehicle layout with other functional aggregates and providing technical & support to cross functional teams
• Responsible for organizing weekly meetings with CFT members for effective communications and resolving cross functional issues.
• Responsible for product cost estimation, projects planning and tracking activities against detailed project plan.
• Performing design proposals, Design verification & validation, Digital simulation with plant, DFMEA, Stack up calculations and tolerance analysis.
• Responsible for timely and quality delivery of Alpha and Beta builds with appropriate sign-off
• Review of project at each NPI Stage Gates and present to SMG

Responsibilities:

• Design and packaging of operator floor area and running boards, fenders and dual foot step.
• Elegantly designed and packaged operator's floor mat and plastic consoles with utility features like water bottle holding, placing coins and mobiles etc.
• Design and weight optimization of tow hook assembly and mounting brackets
• Design, packaging and effort optimization of transmission gear shift controls, PTO controls, Quadrant levers and Splitter lever (16+4 variant).
• Design, packaging and effort optimization Service Brake, Parking and Clutch linkages and Throttle linkages

Responsibilities:

• Cost effective design of radiator concept in coordination with supplier by avoiding core support frame.
• Integrated design of radiator shroud (Plastic) and side panels.
• Done a mistake Proof design for holding air cleaner assembly
• Design and packaging of shell type down draft muffler.

Responsibilities:

• Design & Packaging of sheet metal guards and its mounting brackets, Fuel tank mounting brackets and routing of fuel pipe lines
• Introduced lock pin lift rod assembly for providing floating and non-floating action.
• Design & Packaging of cooling System, radiator hoses, sealing plates and mounting brackets
• Design & Packaging of air induction system - size selection, plastic duct, connecting hoses and mounting brackets.
• Designed and Packaged Mid Mounted Protective Structure for orchard variant.
