- I developed an internal application using Java Spring Boot called JIRA HYGIENE that provides a comprehensive view of all epics in a project, evaluated against predefined "Definition of Done" and "Ready" standards.
- JIRA HYGIENE offers a single, unified view where you can assess the health of all epics according to these standards. The application includes the features Pie Chart, Bar Chart, Grid and also includes an export functionality, allowing users to extract and analyze data further.
Tasks I worked on:
- Loaded data from Excel files (containing epics, features, and DOR checklist) into a database.
- Utilized database data in generating comprehensive reports for project management.
- Developed and implemented UI filters to enhance user experience, allowing filtering based on the Definition of Done/Ready, name, epic ID, priority, and time.
- Worked on pagination, enabling dynamic data fetching from the database for reports.
- Applied CSS for UI enhancements, improving the application's visual appeal and usability.
