  • Material master creation or extension using the Winshuttle application for the materials from the manufacturing plant to supply chain entities at the planner's or stakeholder's request.
  • Initiate process and procedure changes to improve and sustain data quality at improved levels.

  • As a part of my team, my role is to test the portal in terms of payment, allocating new meters, and changing the address and billing.
  • I will work on CRM to capture the customer data, BP numbers.
  • We update billing errors and refunds using ISU modules in SAP.
  • I created an Interaction Record to run the process smoothly, as before.
  • I will allocate work to my team members on a daily basis, as per their work standards.
