  • Worked as a business analyst on implementing iCargo for multiple airlines, such as Air India and China Airlines, MSC Cargo
  • Collaborated with a cross-functional team to successfully implement the Air India cargo management project on-site in Delhi, India, for a duration of three months. This included managing the data migration activities, formulating a strategy for the go-live, engaging in client presentations, managing product configurations, and executing issue identification and analysis.
  • Worked closely with the Implementation team to contribute to the successful on-site implementation of iCargo at China Airlines in Taipei, Taiwan, over an 8-month period. The activities included managing data migration, product configurations, efforts for system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and managing and facilitating the Day-in-the-Life (DITL) analysis.
  • Managed the product configurations and executed the cutover activities for the version upgrade for T'Way Airlines and Air Premia Airlines concurrently.
