  • Genetic variation among different races of chickpea wilt pathogen prevalent in India were carried out by SCoT, SRAP, EST-SSR and RAPD
  • Sequences of monomorphic and polymorphic bands produced by races were further blasted and conducted bioinformatics analysis
  • Softwares used were SWISS MODEL, NTSYS 2.02, BioEdit 7.2, PAST 1.34, SDT 1.2, POPGENE, GenAlEx, DARwin, STRUCTURE, QIAGEN CLC main workbench, MUSCLE and NCBI-BLAST.
