At Movate in Chennai, I served as a Senior Engineer, where my primary responsibility involved offering Level-2 Support for the fault management of Nokia gNB 5G NR tailored for Reliance Jio. This encompassed a range of activities such as integration, commissioning, and fault resolution for 5G NR gNB and RRH, including Massive MIMO. My role also required me to coordinate extensively with internal and external teams, addressing network outages and supporting L1 engineers in troubleshooting. I was instrumental in preparing incident summaries, troubleshooting gNB alarms, and collecting live network logs for research and development purposes.

During my tenure at Vodafone Idea Limited in Kochi, I was responsible for the 24x7 fault management of the network, ensuring optimal uptime and minimal alarm contributions. I conducted preventative maintenance inspections, services, and annual site inspections. Additionally, I was actively involved in performance stats extraction, KPI report preparation, and root cause analysis. My expertise extended to troubleshooting networks using platforms like TaiShan OSS, iMaster NCE, and NetAct systems. I also focused on cluster optimization, SDH ring protection, and microwave optimization to enhance network efficiency.

At EXA Telecommunication, my role as an ATP LEAD revolved around analyzing configurations before implementing new nodes into networks. I managed the AT process through the Siteforge Portal for prominent clients like Bharti Airtel and Vi. Additionally, I served as the internal quality spokesperson, maintaining regular communication with stakeholders about technical issues, progress, and project statuses. Leading a team of engineers and technicians, I ensured alignment with the company's objectives and maintained consistent collaboration through operations meetings and report preparations.

As a Project Coordinator at LinkQuest Technologies Limited, I provided essential troubleshooting support for NodeB and eNodeB installation and integration in live networks. I spearheaded the coordination of Nokia projects for Bharti Airtel and Idea Cellular Ltd, ensuring all activities adhered to customer standards. Managing team resources and activities, I oversaw workload distribution across various projects and led comprehensive problem analyses for existing systems.

During my time at Clear Secured Services, my responsibilities as a Project Engineer encompassed hardware integration, commissioning, and software upgrades of various components like eNodeB and FSMF. I also conducted quality inspections on sites, led less-experienced analysts and technicians, and performed end-to-end test call validations, ensuring seamless operations and site launches.

Beginning my career as a Project Engineer Trainee at Airon Telecom Services, I gained hands-on experience in installation, alignment, and software commissioning of radio access network components. My responsibilities included working with Huawei and NEC Microwave systems, executing E1 routing for new sites, and becoming proficient with various network elements such as BSC, RNC, BTS, Node-B, eNode-B, OFC, MUX, and Routers.
