  • Part of the core team to establish the Green Field project in the period of 15 months, i.e., groundbreaking to commercial production, and an important CFT member in achieving the turnover of 750 crores in the first year of establishment and 1500 crores in the second year
  • Created a sense of belonging and camaraderie among the staff through various engagement activities, and developed a healthy culture to GPTW mean score of 81 in the first year of establishment of the factory
