• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Perform intake admissions and assist with discharges.

Addiction and Psychiatric Care

• Administered medications and treatments prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitored patient vital signs and documented changes in health status.
• Performed CIWA and COWS Assessments and treated Resident per protocol.
• Performed daily chart checks.
• Performed venipuncture and prepared specimens for lab retrieval.

• Obtained orders and administered PRN injections in order to rapidly calm acute agitation, severe anxiety, and or aggressive behaviors.

Pediatric Home Health

• Provided ongoing assessments in clients homes and documented every 2 hours.
• Administered medication and nutrition via G-tube.

• Attended medical appointments and stayed with client during blood transfusions.
• Monitored, tracked, and conveyed important patient information to healthcare staff to help optimize treatment planning and care delivery.
• Assisted PT/OT/Speech therapy with treatment plan to improve clients' function.
