- Initially worked with the incoming quality team where the main responsibility was to receive and inspect raw materials and components.
- Maintained a proper communication channel with the suppliers to let them know about all the defects found in their parts and discuss with them about what can be done to make sure that proper material with no defects is received.
- After being promoted to the role of Online Process Quality Engineer, conducted audits and inspected the vehicles that were being manufactured on the assembly line to make sure that the vehicles at each assembly station are up to the quality standard and if not so, communicated and collaborated with the production department and the incoming quality team by conducting regular meetings to find solutions and take required measures so that the quality standard of the vehicles being manufacturing are maintained.
- Identified quality problems and recommended solutions.
- As an Online Process Quality Engineer, by auditing and through quality check points , identified crucial process oversights and by collaborating with the Production team and the Incoming quality team, successfully rectified them.
- Maintained documentation related to QA activities including test results, reports, logs.

- By applying quality assurance tools and by installing checkpoints and rework areas, quality related faults from the section of the assembly line that I was responsible for had significantly decreased from 60% to 25% by the time I left the company to receive further education in the field of quality assurance and manufacturing management.

Ultrasonic Gloves For Blind
- Designed the glove with an arduino kit and ultrasonic sensor that helps people with partial or complete eyesight disorder to detect any obstacle that may be in their path. The usage of sensors can be adjusted according to their environment. This makes the blind people walk more comfortably than the person walking with a blind stick.
Conveyor Belt Sorting System
- In industries when products are transported from one station to another there are chances of error where a wrong product would get mixed up with a batch of separate product. Conveyor belt sorting system comes with a solution to correct such errors. The project comes up with a sorting system that would reject the product that doesn't belong to the batch and therefore reduces the chances of contamination in a particular product batch.
