Project Name: SCM, Ethernet & Broadband, HR Analytics

Role: Senior BI Consultant

In this organization i had opportunity to work on various streams like Supply Chain, Ethernet & Broadband, HR etc.

• Design the Qlik Sense accelerator to reduce the efforts to 30%.
• Design and Publish the Qlik Practice coding guide for developer. Involvement in reviewing Mock-up's, DB Mapping, Qlik Data Modelling, Front end development, UAT, Documentation, Production Deployment and User training.
• Development of Qlik Model ETL and Applications by strictly following client's development guidelines considering current and future analytics requirements.
• Well versed with features of Qlik Sense to use it in the best possible way like Model with multiple fact tables, Mapping tables etc
• Used multiple application features like Master Items, Set analysis, along with Extensions like True Chart, Vizlib charts, combo chart, Custom reporting etc.
• Created Applications with dynamic top/bottom performer, Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly growth, Geographical business insights, Target Vs Achievement etc.

The main aim of the project is to provide an insight about all the employee data, this includes major KPI's like employee headcount, attrition , new joiners and payroll details

• Worked end to end on the dashboard from requirement gathering, design, data modelling, UI development till deployment.
• Managed multiple user access groups and document level security using section access.
• Migrated QlikView dashboard's to Qlik Sense.
• Leading the stand-up calls with business to discuss on requirements.
