• Reconciliation of Form 26AS with TDS/TCS receivable.
• Managing Tax Audit and Transfer Pricing compliance; coordinating with auditors.
• Preparation and filing of IT returns for the company and group entities.
• Preparing documentation for Income Tax assessments and scrutiny.
• Drafting responses to Income Tax notices.
• Providing tax advisory support to the commercial team (TDS/TCS applicability, expense deductibility).
• Quarterly advance tax planning and payment.
• Conducting tax due diligence.
• Filing Annual Information Report (Form 61A).

Indirect Tax

• Filing monthly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and processing GST payments.
• Performing ITC reconciliation between GSTR-2A and books of accounts.
• Maintaining GST rate master in SAP.
• Providing solutions for GST rate issues in SAP (PO & SO).
• Preparing monthly RCM and other operating income reports for GST returns.
• Managing Article and HSN mapping in SAP.
• Handling LBT assessments.

Accounts and Finance

• Preparing quarterly consolidated financial statements of Future Lifestyle Fashions Limited.
• Preparing standalone financial statements for subsidiary companies.
• Resolving audit queries related to consolidated and standalone financials.
• Reviewing and verifying the consolidated financials section in the Annual Report before printing.

Equity Dealing

• Handling BOLT (Odin) platform operations and overseeing daily bank-related activities.
• Managing the entire Demat section, including share pay-in and pay-out processes.
• Providing holding statements and coordinating due collections from clients.
• Facilitating coordination between the head office and branches on legal and customer-related matters.
