• Partnered with onsite sales account managers to align on hiring needs and ensure a clear understanding of the client's requirements, along with fetching updates/feedbacks.
• Responsible for the successful delivery of the candidate, from negotiating and extending job offers, onboarding, and partnering with redeployment, operation, and ER teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Leveraging VMS platforms like Beeline and Fieldglass to streamline candidate sourcing, onboarding, and compliance.
• Provided personalized mentoring to team members, offering guidance on best practices for using LinkedIn Recruiter.
