Shared Services:

  • Worked on the HR System tools(Workday,Peoplesoft and Taleo)
  • Handling US Interview Scheduling, preboarding and Onboarding activities and complete employee life cycle Management from Hire to retire.

Pre-Boarding/Onboarding:

  • Performs the new hire pre-boarding process that includes providing information to new hires, responding to inquiries within established timelines, and ensuring that all required employment paperwork and Workday tasks are completed accurately and documented
  • Initiates and schedules pre-employment onboarding activities including background checks, reference checks and drug screens.
  • Verify the completion of candidate required tasks including I9 verification, health checks and payroll activities
  • Addressing the queries of new hires regarding their payroll and contracts
  • Informing new hires on their initial tasks (e.g., activation of accounts and programs to install)
  • Ensuring technical assistance for properly setting up the hardware/software of new hires
  • Maintains and regularly audits pre hire paperwork to ensure all required documents are received and scanned into the new hire's On Base electronic file.
  • Integrate fully into the HRSS/Operations support for the US Operations
  • Managed all levels of Interview scheduling for US and Singapore, Korea and Japan.

Data Management:

  • Data Management - Provide expertise in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) by contributing to the day-to-day management of employee data and providing recommendations on data administration.
  • Track and analyze the root cause of issues related to data integrity, security, and privacy and support data modeling initiatives.
