- As a Technical Support Engineer in the User Access Management team, I worked on various access-related requests for applications like Tidal and SAP.
- This included managing user access for Windows, Unix, and Linux servers.
- Worked on a few internal applications of HP, such as VSM and tech-direct. Also worked on Tidal Job recovery and Tidal agent recovery.
- I also had an opportunity to work on some basic CRM Dynamics requests, such as email template updates and configurations, email template design, queue configurations, and PowerApps flows creation.
- Furthermore, I had the privilege of working as a Level 4 Support Engineer for one of the internal HP applications - ATM.
- In this role, I had an opportunity to work on certificate renewals and vulnerability fixes.
- Had an opportunity to work on a few enhancement requests, database management, and audit requests.
- I also got an excellent opportunity to work on an OS refresh project for the ATM application, where I had worked on the migration of the application from the 2012 to 2022 server.
- I have used this to improve my technical skills in ASP .Net, MS SQL, HTML, IIS configuration, and configuration of Component services.
