Foreman Duties (Site Management)

• Quality & Safety: Monitor work quality and enforce site safety rules and PPE guidelines.
• Coordination: Communicate instructions, coordinate with teams, and report progress to engineers.

Quantity Surveyor Duties (Cost & Measurement)

• Measurement: Take measurements for various works (concrete, steel, earthwork, etc.) from drawings and specifications.
• Estimation: Assist in preparing BOQs, cost estimates, and reinforcement schedules.
• Tracking: Maintain records, track material quantities, and reconcile executed work with drawings.
• Documentation: Prepare measurement records, progress reports, and support variation/change order claims.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience: Proven site experience in construction practices.
• Technical: Proficiency in reading drawings, basic quantity take-offs, and relevant software.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
