- Currently working as Manufacturing Process Control Deputy manager for the COATING PAINT SHOP FLOOR on which includes mobile outer and inner case parts

- Investigate and dispose all customer complaints by giving the countermeasure on 5 WHY COUNTERMEASURE sheet with their supporting documents to customers and presenting this information on a weekly basis to the Management Team and also to ensure the information must be communicated to concern area associates
- Maintain documents as per Production on daily basis for rejection control to maintain 7 loss, WI (Work Instruction), maintain check sheets

- Giving OJT (on job training) to all operators of line and paint shop regarding their stage criticality and responsibility
- Continuous follow up with the customers to give the best customer support
- Handling the customer and internal audits with the help of quality teams and giving them deep knowledge regarding paint process
