  • Setup the program management team at MPL (a unicorn), introduced multiple processes to put structure to the fast-paced tech changes expected by customers -introduced scrum practices, roadmap planning; sprint execution practices, established release train cadences, started defect management processes - delivered 90% on time in-full releases.
  • Established the customer success and social media engagement team for MPL from scratch.
