• Conducted social impact assessment of farmers through field visits across south-west Madhya Pradesh belt referencing IFC Performance standards to consolidate benefits of alternate farming techniques for small-scale farmers

• Streamlined 4 research projects on South Asia's socio-political issues/debates through reviews, editorials, and ground reportage for Head Philanthropy office to keep pulse of the ground

• Conceptualized the ‘Mädchen Projekt'(Girls project) to enable self-expression of ~15 girls through dance, drama and art therapies

• Initiated the South Asian Men Project to document narratives of South Asian refugees and immigrants in Germany

• Assisted pedagogies team in the refugee camp to develop programs on race and gender to facilitate assimilation processes to further inter-cultural understanding
