• Inventory Management:
• Tracking & maintaining inventory levels in the assembly and stores for all items required.
• Planning the cycle count schedule (PIV) as per set frequency & maintaining inventory accuracy as per organization goal.
• Generate the various inventory reports.
• Minimizing inventory levels across the supply chain by DOH analysis, and permissible purchase.
• Overall inventory control of all items 1 day with the help of standardization in invoice quantity, JIT, KANBAN, Milk-Route implementation.
• Delivering an inventory categorization report by Runner, Repeater, and Stranger Analysis, Slow Moving items, those in Transit, and obsolete stock.
• Supply Chain Management:
• Monitor demand-flow for all suppliers, which include Days of Supply, Consigned warehouse arrangements, and safety stock to support production.
• Work with engineering and quality to resolve quality issues in a timely manner. Liaison with supplier to facilitate engineering changes and upgrades.
• Assisting in the scheduling, Sub-Contracting processes, BOM corrections

• Conduct periodic review and analysis of the inventory of slowing moving and critical items.
