  • Currently developing a Time Domain Capacitance Spectroscopy technique to observe and study relaxation phenomena in real time at the interface of FM-FE thin films and on single crystals.

  • Performed comprehensive study on temperature and frequency dependent interface phenomena in Ferromagnetic-Ferroelectric Multilayered thin films.
  • Used Pulsed Laser Deposition for preparation of complex oxide thin films down to 30 unit cell and multilayered heterostructures.
  • Used diffraction techniques (XRD,RHEED) , microscopic techniques (FESEM, XTEM, AFM) and spectroscopic techniques (EDS,XPS,EELS) for characterization.
  • Performed electrical and magnetic transport measurements down to 1.3 K using GM cycle based Variable Temperature Cryostat (Cryogenics), Pulsed Tube Cryocooler (Cryomech) and home made liquid nitrogen cryostat.
  • Carried out Thermal Evaporation, Electron Beam Evaporation, Optical Lithography for fabrication of electrical contacts.
  • Designed and carried out laboratory experiments (circuit designing, optimization and data acquisition) on piezoelectric nanogenerators.(Collaborative Work)
  • Performed COMSOL simulation technique to study transport in single semiconductor NW. (Collaborative Work)
  • Supported and mentored students to apply electrical and dielectric measurement techniques as well as data analysis as a part of their project work.
