PDC DRV Project:

Situation: Replaced legacy systems with Dynamics 365 and integrated third-party apps (NetSuite, Manhattan WMS, Blue Yonder).
Task: Ensure high-quality end-to-end delivery via manual and automated DI testing of data flows across Cosmos DB, SQL, and Blob Storage.
Action:

• Led test planning; created test plans, strategies, test cases, and automation scripts.
• Integrated automated tests with Jenkins for scheduled runs; used Tosca Data Management repo for run history and reporting.
• Managed defect logging, tracking, and resolution across QA, development, and business teams during Agile sprints.
• Conducted deep-dive troubleshooting, escalation, and communicated test status and risks to stakeholders.

Result:

• Achieved >95% test coverage, reduced test cycle time by 20%, and minimized production defects for stable feature releases.

Core Plus Retargeting Non-SF Application:

Situation: Migrated legacy systems to Core Plus and Azure.
Task: Validate retargeting and data migration through manual and automated DI testing in SIT, E2E, and regression phases.
Action:

• Performed functional, integration, and end-to-end testing of UI, API, and DI layers.
• Designed and executed automation scripts with a unique data sampling method for thousands of Cosmos DB records.
• Ensured data consistency between MongoDB and Cosmos DB under Waterfall methodology.
  Created test conditions, data sets, and regression suites; collaborated with product and support teams for real-world scenario alignment.

Result:

• Improved test efficiency, coverage, and ensured accurate data migration with smooth system transition.
