Job responsibilities
1. Set up the BIU (Analytics and Data Science team) - when I left we were a team of 7 members.

2. To deliver under the three heads of Data Flow Management and MIS, Risk, Credit and Business Analytics and Collection strategy.

2. Scope of work includes Predictive Scoring models , Decision analytics, Cross sell models, Bureau score integration etc. (TMFL does 40% of the Tata Motors vehicle financing)

Note :- This stint started from setting up the BIU teams for TMF and Tata Capital from inception and was therefore very challenging. Tata Capital products included PL, SME, Construction equipment and Auto loans.
