• Used various algorithms (Logistic Regression, Decision Tree, Random Forest, k-Nearest Neighbors ) with various hyperparameters
• Accuracy has been used as the primary evaluation metric. KNN has provided the highest accuracy
• Utilized ML Flow to register the model and its subsequent deployment in Databricks

Project - Clustering Cashiers who were prone to doing Store KPI Frauds

• Pre-Processing of data which includes removal if missing data and , treating inconsistency etc.
• Build ML modelling with K-Means Clustering technique to clusters cashiers based on KPI factors such as Net Scales, cancel Transaction, Refunds, Discounts etc.
• Utilized PCA to reduce the features of the dataset than current number of features
• Model was readied to be deployed in AWS Sagemaker for client's business use
• Model helped business to identify cashiers who were prone to doing frauds and with which POS Frauds were able to go down by 22% in single quarter

Project - Sentiment Analysis on Brand utilizing Twitter Comments

• Extraction of particular hashtag with specific brand name through Tweeter API & Tweepy package
• Preprocessed & cleaned the Data, and used NLTK, Vader for sentiment analysis of comments
• Vader library enabled to segregated comments into 3 classes Positive, Negative & Neutral
• Contributed towards creating an API using Streamlit and Flask for model deployment
