  • Designed the CSR Policy of Highradius laying the vision of the CSR programs
  • Created the CSR Committee which will be the decision making authority of the CSR programs
  • Trained & Developed a team of interns who will work in the CSR Team
  • Selected Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences as our first CSR Partner
  • Started skill training to 300 students in the age group of 14 to 18
  • Handled all disbursements, expenditure, day to day accounts transaction alongwith DBT to beneficiary.
  • Gave monthly Business Reports to CSR Committee including CEO.
  • The CSR model with KISS after initial training started woking in a revenue model where the market linkage of the finished products was done by the members of CSR team of Highradius headed by myself.
  • The revenue created was pumped back to the CSR fund thus the revenue model became sustainable in a span of 4 years
  • Have driven special drives on Art of giving, Corporate sustainability, efficient use of resources,clean the campus, Earth day Celebration , POSH , POCSO.

  • Fund raising and clothes distribution for Child Care centres

  • Drafted the Project Roadmap of Chhauni , including all annexure of socio economic survey, artistic survey to understand the reason behind the extinction of the heritage dance form of Mayurbhanj Chhau.
  • Conducted the survey of all socio-cultural organizations practicing or performing Chhau in Mayurbhanj District, Partnering with the District Administration of Mayurbhanj District.
  • Surveyed more than 11578 artistes who have performed Mayurbhanj chhau at some point of their life
  • To preserve the dyeing art form recorded the basic techniques of the dance and 81 music items of the dance.
  • Created a Performing Unit from the best of the best dancers and musicians from 17 blocks of the Mayurbhanj District
  • The Performing Unit is now a performance based revenue model
  • In the last 7 years with my efforts Chhauni has impacted 138 artiste directly with their training , performance, recognition and social esteem
  • We have also partnered with 12 rural organisation to make them performance ready and replicate the performance based revenue model
  • With my achievements in Mayurbhanj Chhau I have been selected to the following honorary posts and recognized by many organisations

  • I work in close association with Govt bodies like the DM & Collector Mayurbhanj , The Secretary, SNA , Dept of Odia literature language and culture and the Ministry of Culture , GOI for the rights and dignity of Folk artistes of ODisha
