• Dot Net COE Lead (Jan 2024 – Current) : As the lead of the Dot Net Center of Excellence, I managed over 100 projects, ensuring high standards of code quality and successful project delivery. My role involved allocating resources, estimating efforts, and analyzing team bandwidth to optimize productivity. I was also responsible for managing stakeholder relationships, communicating project progress, and aligning technical solutions with business objectives. Additionally, I provided technical leadership, especially during complex projects or when resource constraints arose, ensuring that all deliverables met organizational standards and timelines.
• Chatbots with Timesheet and Leave Integration (September 2023 – March 2023) : Collaborated with the Timesheet and Leave management teams to obtain necessary APIs and implemented the integration using SQL. This initiative streamlined employee interactions, significantly improving efficiency in time and leave reporting.
• TDS Reconciliation (March 2022 – September 2023) : Directed the creation of a TDS reconciliation solution that involved reconciling 26AS statements with the sales ledger. This project required handling large datasets, with up to 10 lakh rows from each side being compared to ensure compliance and accuracy. The implementation of automated processes streamlined tax-related workflows and enhanced the reliability of financial data.
