Internship Project

SRIC/ISRO, 09/20/11 - 09/19/13, Junior Project Officer, Design of high resolution tunneling accelerometer for space application., Designed an high gain low power transimpedance amplifier for converting the small current signal (nA level) to a Voltage (mV). The whole process is done in 180 nm process using UMC Technology. Along with the transimpedance amplifier I have also designed a band gap reference generator for temperature compensation as it will be used for space application. The schematics and layout is done using Cadence Virtuoso Platform. LVS, DRC, QRC (parasites extraction), corner simulation, radiation reliability tests are done . Post Layout Simulation is also done and the chip will be taped out by May using UMC Platform., Design of Feedback Controller using analog platform as well as Arm Microcontroller for MEMS accelerometer.
