Objective:
To ensure the seamless deployment of the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, facilitating accurate Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) data transmission. This minimizes insurance processing issues for the practice while ensuring interoperability functions in alignment with departmental requirements and industry standards.

Methodology:
We adopted the Agile methodology due to the project's multi-phase nature, requiring continuous communication with the client and iterative refinements to requirements.
