  • Perform daily gap analysis to identify discrepancies in Plan vs actual Creation,Creation vs shipment and shipment vs GRN receipt. Based on the RCA ,implement correction measures to address the discrepancies.
  • Conduct daily monitoring of in-stock levels for each SKU in stores, triggering targeted corrective actions by forming dedicated teams to address stock discrepancies, including:1.- Identifying stockouts or overstocking 2.- Analyzing root causes 3.- Developing and implementing corrective strategies
  • We are generating Transfer Orders (TOs) for two states: Chennai and Kolkata. The requirement plan includes creating TOs for 46 dark stores in Chennai and 20 stores in Kolkata.

  • Analysis of sales and forecasted ROS and taking required steps to calculate actual ROS for efficiency in planning
  • Cross functional work by setting up calls on weekly basis with category planners, and daily basis with replenishment team and capacity planning team to get an overview of the supply challenges and capacity constraints if any from the respective categories • S&OP Meeting Monthly
  • Inventory Optimization as one of the critical metrics hence categorizing the daily supplies under two buckets (high priority/Low Priority) as per current instocks, and prioritizing the supplies having high priority sku in next 7 days to prevent from OOS and excess inventory
  • Preparing critical reports to closely monitor critical metrices including adherence of slots, LFR, OTIF, PO FR and IB utilization
  • Considering to keep a minimum stock level of 90% on a daily basis for next 7 days to maintain instock , strictly working and managing with the entire team of all the categories to drive the numbers
