Cost Reduction Engagements:

  • Lead team of15+ Resources for Asia’s Leading Oil & Gas Company for their projects in Saudi Arabia in which addressed a procurement spend of 1Bn$+ and generated savings for around 50Mn$+
  • Led the procurement and sourcing activities of Leading Carbon Black & Coal Tar Manufacturing Company in India for their Greenfield and Brownfield Expansion Projects in which addressed a spend of around 2000 Cr and achieved a cost reduction of more than 150 Cr from already negotiated offers

Procurement & Inventory Management Transformation:

  • Re-Designed the procurement operating model for Leading Metals and Mining Giant in India to find the right balance between agility and governance
  • Implemented Various Buying Channels and Catalogue Buying at National Oil Company in UAE to reduce the PR-PO Timeframes from 40+ days to 3 days and booster process efficiency
  • Streamlined Procurement and Inventory Management Processes at National Oil Company in Kuwait to increase efficiency and reduce PR-PO timeframes. Introduced VMI (vendor managed inventory) & developed decision-making templates for items to be included in VMI. VMI eventually became highly successful for OCTG (Oil country tubular goods)and Chemicals

Logistics Transformation:

  • Lead engagement with 10+ Resources for implementation of Integrated Logistics Management System at India’s leading Infrastructure company. The engagement lead to annualized savings of 100 Cr + for the client

New Business Development & Practice Building:

  • Strengthen joint Go-to-market initiatives with cross functional teams like Technology Consulting, External Partner Ecosystem and has been instrumental in generating revenue of more than 8 Cr (with annual CAGR of 14-16%)
  • Assigned as an administrative program manager for multiple engagements which included Engagement Financial Management, Quality and Risk related issues, Service Quality Reviews, Finalization of sub-contractors, etc

  • Procured most of MRO items required for factory, consumables, machine spares & all sorts of electrical items for factory
  • Became key user of Ariba Power Source & SAP after demonstrating skills on UNSPSC, Commodity Taxonomy Classification and conducting successful reverse auctions
