• Worked as an Area Business manager for Odisha Cluster from Aug 2020 to July 2022.
• Manage end to end transporting operation of 6cr revenue on monthly basis.
• Taking day to day plan from customer and coordinate with POs and broker’s for smooth placement of vehicle.
• Manage excellent relationship with Customer and vendor in innovate ways to reduce transportation cost.
• Managing a team of 6 procurement officers, 16 fulfillment partners across Odisha excluding Billing, Account, documents verification, AR teams.

• Coordinate with Domestic customers all over India for smooth dispatch of material by arranging required permits.
• Coordinates with clients to arrange for the provision of Logistics services at the client demand site .
• Communicate with sales team inside/outside the plant to distribute the workload of OBD to place vehicle effectively.
• Keeping in touch with port team and forwarders for movement of 2000 import containers from port through rail or road & planning accordingly the containers to be used for Export 1000 containers monthly.
• Checking and updating the movement of Rake in FOIS regarding its

position and planning accordingly through our forwarders for smooth

unloading of containers at plant and using the same power for movement of other rake..

• Once the container is ready for export making all necessary documentsand giving advice to forwarder regarding its movement to the port.
• Movement of SS coil in third party for SAIL RSP and BHUSAN STEEL of 60000 MT to its end Consumers by rake and movement of Ferrochrome of 12000 MT by road. .
• Working on coal allocation and preparation of DO with active

Involvement in taking of service tax cenvat credit.

• Help in preparation of work order required to the transporter in the goodnature of both the parties.
• Preparation in cost Comparison of different liners
• Managing pre-shipment document and post shipment document of both Import & export.
• Preparation of Monthly statement of Cost in freight (Domestic & Export).
