- Developed features and optimizations around IMS solution of Qualcomm and MTK using C++ according to 3GPP standards and as per Network operator.
- Working knowledge on the event/handler-based architecture in C++ using protobuf, message queues and threads.

- Program Management experience in triaging the bugs, requirements and assessing risks/mitigation.
- Analyzing and Fixing bugs of IMS, NAS, RRC and Physical Layer of 5G and 4G.
- Involved in developing ZTE cause optimization for OPPO devices supporting MTK modems to tackle the unhandled error sent from ZTE core.

- Developed PCAP decryptor of MTK log and Video call analysis tool on android, radio and pcap log using AI agent.
- Wrote ELT log parser using MTK internal ELT document to copy the modem log traces to text format to be analyzed by AI agent.
- Wrote ClaudE AI Skills and integrated MCP to AI agent tool cursor to train the model to analyze the video call and audio call logs.
- Mentored freshers and new joiners on various Network/Telecom protocols like SIP, SDP, RTP, TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, ISAKMP.
