- Performing Equities, Corporate bonds and Government bonds. Clearing and
custody settlements activities for Singapore market.Ensuring all trades are
instructed, matched and settled at cutoff and monitor the failing trades also
chasing counter party on daily basis. - Prematching of trades and alert client about buy in risk and following up
with client and counterparty on Value date. - Monitors on borrow booked upon client confirmation to cover the buy in and
also to avoid settlement failure. - Posting entries related to charges,fees and align with cash management.
Check for cash and securities break and does required action to clear the
breaks. - Working knowledge of Swift messages(MT54X) messages and also Fixml
messages - Works on payment messages MT202, MT103.
- Checking repairs trades and request for setup.
- Performing on market executions for third party clearing activities .Client
reporting and make sure all queries are addressed on timely manner. - Reconciliation between market and system. Investigation of breaks and reports to clear breaks.
- Checks for right transfer agents and process ADR transfer as per client booking.
- Performing ETF transfer , Suspended stocks, cross border transfer and warrants.
- Acting as account manager for clients and ensure timely response to client queries related to security details, Claims, tax processing, Corporate action events and account opening/closing request.
- Calling counter parties and updating to clients in the critical events before
the cutoff. - Self-motivated, with a strong sense of personal responsibility.
