• Perform welders training, welder qualification and weld cut section audit periodically to check internal characteristic of welding.
• Preparation of weld sequence for existing and new projects.
• Preparation of WPS and PQR and WPQR documentation as per quality requirement.
• Preparation of welder QMS, welder performance monitoring sheet and allocating the work to the welder as per the skill and performance.
• Handling Inprocess & supplier Quality.
• Verification of PPAP documents and control plan for new supplier development and conduct periodically supplier audit.
• Monitoring supplier PPM.
• APQP & Control plan preparation.
