• Ensuring the production of different grades of good quality of high-performance Concrete, Shotcrete from the batching plant.
• Design of Concrete Mixes and getting approval from the clients.
• Accountable for checking and supervision of In-house Material Testing/Third party Material Testing of construction materials like cement, aggregate, flyash, soil, concrete etc. as per OCS & relevant IS Codes and maintaining its records.
• Preparing monthly QA/QC Report within first week of the following month.
• Quality checking of Structures (Pile, Pile Cap, Pier, Pier Cap, Precast Segment, U-Girder & Longitudinal Beam, I-Beam, I-Girder) and BBS as per Inspection Test Plan.

• Follow-up non-conformances (NCN & NCR) and meeting with client to rectify and closing the same.
• Actively participation in Internal and External surveillance audits and preparing the compliance of points raised by auditor with the help of applicable codes, standards, contracts, specifications including suitable examinations and testing.
• Review and monitor soil test and compaction test, curing methods and witness cube tests.
• Ensuring Calibration of Concrete Plant and Lab Equipment’s as per contract agreement.
