• Follow up with buyers for approvals of all essentials embellishment stuff that enables smooth execution of production.
• Sample preparation and approval from the buyer for production (i.e, Development sample, photo shoot, Fit, PP sample, TOP nd shipment sample).
• Responsible for making production files that includes complete information on styling and submitting to factory for production.

• Estimate SMV for costing and Providing CM for factory.
• Risk Analysis meeting: Review tech pack, Samples from development department stage to the final stage to simplifying the product and all critical process.
• Arrange machine, attachment's, Folders etc. requirement list to execute the orders.
• Circulate the sample to factory and get productivity commitment at optimist efficiency.
• Collect the product simplification details to incorporation in to the sample.
• Making OB and thread consumption.
• Production planning according to order quantity and delivery.
• Batch setting with operation breakdown.
• Grade fixation of operators, multi skill training and line balancing.
• Preproduction planning follow up (i,e. Production file, Size set, Arranging fabric and trims).

Buyer Handled : Tommy Hilfiger USA, Tommy Hilfiger MSW EUROPE

• Production development and production.
• Drive expand the business with continuous supply of new fabric, trims, prints technique and designs sample to the buyer.
• Responsible for complete sampling and production process assigned style which includes RM execution.
• Responsible for cost review with required documents like consumption RM cost and SMV.
• Communicating and negotiation with buyers on the costing.
• Communicating with fabric and trims supplier for the better price and lead time.
• Analyzing fabric, trim and production lead time working on the TNA calender. Setting up new TNA calender for requested in house date.
• Production planning includes( analyzing unit capacity, embroider and wash capacity with planning team)
• Responsible for preproduction activities like (i,e. PP sample, Size set, PP meeting and embellishment approvals, etc)
• Responsible for production follow up with factory, updating WIP to buyer and Deliveries on time.
• Build and maintain strong relationship with internal and external customer.
