• Receive customer order monthly and daily basis
• Ensuring day-to-day production planning, scheduling and controlling
• Co-ordination with the Materials and sub contracting departments for material issues
• Machine capacity calculations and setting the targets based on the cycle times
• Man power Deploying as per calculation and line balancing
• Internal production planning as per customer requirements
• Regular follow-up with sub contractors for materials
• Coordinating with team members to achieve set targets
• Preparation of recovery plans and effectively achieving the customer demand
• Maintaining daily schedule vs completion data
• Coordinating with supporting dept to reduce the loss and down times
• Improve the productivity and efficiency of respective lines
• Ensure on time completion of Export/AM/SPD parts to achieve 100% delivery performance
• Releasing the monthly order and daily plan order in SAP
• MRP run for the plan on daily and monthly basis
• Ensure NPD models trails produce in line at right time as per sequence
• Working towards continuous improvement and active participation
