- Review and validation of statement of work (SOW). Categorize requirements into a project plan detailing schedules, controls, resources, costs, and daily tasks.
- Preparation of risk and remediation plan. Responsible for creating one team approach, goals, and milestones within a project to ensure Dell EMC's commitments to the customer are achieved.
- Drive customer satisfaction to achieve Total Customer Experience (TCE)
- Work with external clients/customers to monitor projects from initiation through delivery and ensures technical compatibility for the various accounts. Organizes the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints

- As a Provisioning Lead, it requires me to act as the Face of the organization to handle the End-to-End client accounts related to the Telecom Infrastructure.
- Receive, validate process and release client request(s) to intended service providers.
- Prepare Project plan and strategies to fulfill client needs based on the nature of Projects.
- The types of projects include Network Migrations, Decommissions and Site Closures, New installs.
- Recommend alternatives and optional solutions when necessary.
- Hosting and driving weekly project progress calls and ensuring circuit to hardware configuration are in alignment by tracking the progress of the service request, and its key milestones, to ensure the service provider is deploying the requested solution in a timely manner. As new information about the request becomes available, the analyst will add the relevant information into the service record(s).
- Conduct weekly / Monthly project review between multiple stakeholders on the project status and Progress.
- Communicate key service delivery dates (i.e. local loop delivery date, ready for test & turn-up) to pre-designated client contacts ensuring service provider access is granted.
- Ability to identify the issue/obstacle (i.e. facilities issue) precluding the carrier from delivering the circuit/service as desired by defining the necessary steps to resolve the issue at hand and communicating it back to all relevant parties so a decision can be made if the client desires to enact an alternate solution. Reinforcing that the service provider remains on track to resolve the issue holding the provider accountable to any new commitments.
- The Lead is to identify engineering deployment issues and offer counter recommendations while managing the client’s corresponding services provider, ensuring service delivery is in line with our client’s expectations and Tangoe’s contractual obligations, by maintaining an accurate service inventory record.
