• Ensure the cruise ship operates in full compliance with the ISPS Code, including maintaining security procedures and protocols for all on - board security operations.
• Monitor all entry and exit points of the vessel, including gangways, passenger and terminals areas. Use surveillance equipment to detect and report any suspicious activity or breaches.
• Oversee access control points, including security checks for passengers, crew and visitors. Screen al personnel and lugguage entering the vessel in compliance with company and regulatory policies.
• Respond swiftly to security incidents or emergencies, coordinating with the other crew members and authorities as necessary. Participate in emergency drills and readiness exercises.
• Conduct regular security patrols throughout the ship. To ensure all areas are secure & identify any potential risks or hazards.
• Maintain detail records of security activities, incidents and inspections. Ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Work closely with tother departments including port authorities, Law enforcements and cruise line security teams. To coordinate security operations and ensure smooth embarkation /disembarkation procedures.

Note: Worked as security guard from 18th Sept 2021-16th April 2022 as their was no slot available, later joined back as a Assistant Security Officer on July 2022.
