Handled completion of action plans for the 2019 engagement survey and launched an initiative to showcase improvements basis the survey results. Administered and lead the employee engagement survey in 2021 with a completion rate of 99%. Conducted BU and manager scorecard interpretation and orientation sessions and supported the initiation of action plans.
