Scripting Responsibilities

• User and Group management scripts created for Exchange 2003, 2007 and 2010 and Active directory
• Interactive Ticket audit tool created to track ticket updates by engineers.
• Automation of daily checklists to collect server, exchange, blackberry, hardware, services, antivirus, event log, mail flow and disk space details
• Remote management of Servers deployed through scripts utilizing Powershell remoting and WMI queries.
