• Dynamic compaction for soil improvement, Sea water intake structure, RO building, DAF Structure, Substation for seawater intake structure, and Pipe racks.

• Tank foundations-8 Nos., Equipment foundation (flare foundation, desalter and feed heater foundations, Pipe racks, pipe sleepers, Sump pits, valve pits, catch basins, manholes, Compressor Substation, Main Substation for gathering Centre.

Key responsibilities as QC Civil Inspector/Engineer:

• Execution of project with quality Assurance and Commitments. Internal quality Audit Training, verifying and preparing the Quality manuals, MS, ITPs & and QCPs.
• Assist the QA/QC Manager in overall quality control of the site and provide advice and suggestions to improve quality control at the construction site.
• Overall supervision of all site activities to ensure that the work is completed according to the contract specifications, agreed procedure, method of statements, and client satisfaction.
• Preparation of all documents related to inspections & and attended inspections with the client for all activities of the site & and ensuring that it is as per the latest approved drawings and gets approval.
• Prepared daily logs for record-keeping purposes and future reference.
• Conducted soil tests to ensure the stability and safety of constructions. Study the scope of work, specifications, and IFC drawings.
• Ensure implementation of all QA/QC procedures, QC plans, and work instructions.
• Preparing the method of the statement (MS) & and inspection test plan (ITP) as per the project specification.
• Collaborating with the QC manager in developing all the QC documentation (method statements, ITPs, sampling and testing plans, records), assuring that it complies with all the applicable requirements.
• Correct implementation of MS and ITPs during construction work.
• Preparation of all documents related to inspection and attending all inspections for different individual activities of the site and ensuring it is all as per IFC or AFC.
• Conducted post-construction inspections to guarantee conformity to agreed plans.
