How I brought value to organization?

I started my career with this project. As I was someone unfamiliar with avionics, I was assigned this task as this give me opportunity to scan through all process's, people, and product in organization to develop system level understanding.

I was collaborating with team of eight engineer tasked with review of all artifacts like requirement document, software design document, software, test case design and script, result and anything which was produced during life cycle.

For every release cycle, work start with Change and Impact analysis. All changes were documented and compared with previous released version. Checklist comprises of core three values of consistency, correctness, and completeness. Once all review and analysis are done, an "Observation Report" is prepared comprises of observation made during this review and analysis and send to respective stakeholder for clarification. Upon receiving the reply from stake holder, issue was either closed or further clarification was asked.

This project given a foundation to my career in Safety Critical Software Verification where I learn standard, stakeholder management, issue resolution, teamwork, and workload planning.

How I brought value to organization?

Idea was to prepare an assessment model which can combine the fault reported data from various process for a software and give a holistic view of verification process. As I was the one who was constantly in touch with all stakeholders, I was tasked with this. Along with two other student intern we started to capture the document data from various process.

A Model prepared which considered all process by giving weights to them according to the point where they found bug. A unit testing bug was least weighted, and a bug found while doing test run was highest weighted.

Then, all this were combined over the release to chart of how different testing and verification team are uncovering the fault at various level and what is overall momentum of quality of software. A working software using C# and Excel data sheet was developed.

This project brought a high degree of confidence in me in executing a project from concept to delivery. I also learn How to fulfill a “role of mentor” as I was supervising two student interns. This project

Project Title: Ground and Flight Test Data Analysis Group

How I brought value to organization?

GFTDA project involved System level Verification of Test Flight for various Airbus Family aircraft LRU’s. This include ADIRU, ENGINE, MMR, ISIS. My work was to make sure that Flight test satisfied all necessary performance requirement for certification of aircraft. For this we used proprietary tools of airbus to do various statistical analysis. Apart from this, work involve snag investigation noted during flight.

Under this project, I further deepen my communication skills while collaborating with counterparts in Toulouse, France. As work was across different LRUs, this given further understanding of avionics systems. I learn How we can complete more task and solve problem by planning ahead and keeping self-ready. I brought new business for company as customer was happy with our work with other LRU’s.

I participated in the development of Head Up display system for Airbus Aircraft Family. Head Up Display was a soft display project over the glass screen of pilot which allow him to see critical performance parameter without loosing his line of sight. For every iteration for updated version release, our work started with Inputs review (ICD, SID, SCADE/SAO and Signal Database), Understanding SCADE implementation and cross verification with respect to requirement and Change Impact Analysis and Test cases formulation. France for execution. Further, action like SNAG analysis were performed on observation as received.
