  • Leading a 7-member marketing team, planned out and leading the Go-to-market strategy, growth, conversion flow, retention, Social media, and budget.
  • Scaled the user base from 0 to 25,000 in 6 moths. Hit a daily trading volume of $12 Mn within a month of launching the product.
  • Shortlisting and executing the Influencer collaborations and content for the TOFU growth.
  • Overlooking the performance marketing and SEO. Drafted 50+blogs.
  • Managing the social media, post ideation and scaling the engagement across Twitter, Telegram, and Youtube.
  • Managing the community (Both Online & Offline). Conducted meet ups and hosted over a 1500 people across 50+ events.
  • Hosting live talk sessions with Crypto experts such as Crypto founders, Influencers, Traders under the name of "Hodl my Coffee".

  • Scaled the user base from 0 to 1,00,000 in 5 moths.
  • Executed 10+ contests and campaigns end-to-end to drive the sign ups.
  • Establishing processes and implementing tools like GA-4, GTM, and Moengage.

  • We scaled ticket sales revenue from $0 to $200,000 within the initial 100 days.
    Optimized the user funnel to enhance the retention rate and implemented marketing automation using tools like Intuit, Clevertap, and HubSpot.
  • Managed performance ads for selling event tickets for creators, with an average monthly budget ranging from USD 42,000 to USD 45,000.
  • Improved the retention rate and NPS (Net Promoter Score) by introducing event-creator-friendly features, such as sharing lead data and reducing the payout duration to 24-48 hours.
  • Successfully built a robust community of one million event creators across international borders.
