Achievements -

• Developed the I2R (Identify to Renew) process for onboarding new clients.
• Enabled the Business development team to successfully convert and onboard a leading Sweet and Savories brand by undertaking a GAP analysis in the QHSSE domain and offering it as a service.
• Digitized the Quality Complaints Management System (QCMS) for time bound and escalation led closure with effective CAPA.
• Developed an Internal Quality Certification module for training and certifying in-house talent in the Service Quality domain.

Property Management (2017 – 2022)

• Sourcing Ready-to-move in and Build-to-Suit (BTS) Options for Properties in line with company policies and also as per specifications received from end users.
• Negotiating commercial terms to the best possible, in line with market rates.
• Completing Due diligence documentation as per process and taking legal consultation wherever required.
• Initiate LOI and L & L Agreements with approved commercials and Terms of performance and also get them registered.
• Initiate renewal of expiring agreements, 30 days in advance of expiry date
• Project plan tracking of BTS properties which have been signed up.
• Liaise with the Property owners for local issues if any.
• Consolidation of multiple warehouses to bring in economies of scale and reduce overheads.

Quality, Health & Safety (2010 – 2022)

• Functioning as a Management Representative (MR) for Implementation and maintenance of Quality Management Systems (QMS – ISO 9001:2015), Occupational Health & Safety (ISO 45001:2018) and Food Safety Standards (ISO 22000:2005)
• Drafting, Reviewing and Approving of Standard Operating Procedures for all Functions / Verticals.
• Formulating QMS, OHS, Food Safety and other policies
• Maintaining MR related documentation and ensuring effective documentation control in the organization
• Plan and conduct Internal training programs on subjects of QMS, OHS & Food Safety.
• Encourage Employee participation by conducting engagement programs like Safety Week, Quality Week and similar events.
• Carrying out Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessment (HIRA) of sites and preparing mitigation plans by implementing relevant controls.
• Preparation and updating of HACCP Plan , Pre-Requisite Programs (PRP) and Operational Pre-Requisite Programs (OPRP).
• Conduct investigation of all incidents / dangerous occurrences & recommend appropriate corrective and preventive measures.
• Convene Safety Committee meetings & minute the proceedings for circulation & follow-up action.
• Conduct quarterly Management Review Meetings.
• Monitor working of Emergency Response Team at sites and conduct mock Drills for Fire, Earthquake, Medical emergencies.
• Monitor maintenance of all equipment's including fire fighting Systems through AMC's or in-house by having a Preventive Maintenance calendar.
• Register Customer complaints and take corrective action Record, analyze and cascade lateral learning points from first Aid Cases, Near Miss Cases & Accidents to all project personnel and analyze the trends & effectiveness.
• Plan Internal Audits of Sites and Departments and carry them out with standard checklists. Ensure Process compliance.
• Carry out Pre-occupancy Audits prior to contracting of warehouses to ensure compliance to Quality and Safety norms.
• Monitor Non conformities, Corrective and Preventive Actions.
• Monitor legal compliances – Licenses and ensure timely renewal through respective process owners
