Property Management (2017 – 2022)

  • Sourcing Ready-to-move in and Build-to-Suit (BTS) Options for Properties in line with company policies and also as per specifications received from end users.
  • Negotiating commercial terms to the best possible, in line with market rates.
  • Completing Due diligence documentation as per process and taking legal consultation wherever required.
