Project Name: Majesco – Hereford (Insurance Domain)

Application handles salary crediting for employees, offering both single and bulk options, and provides

users with detailed statements. Additionally, it facilitates merchants in tracking their transactions,

including those of various branches, initiating refunds for failed transactions, and enables users to

download their credit and invoices, as well as those of their branches, using our application.

Responsibilities:

- Performed overall testing of the flows for Majesco Claims for P&C modules including claim

creation, FNOL (First Notice of Loss) etc.

- Executed end-to-end testing of the claims workflow covering policy validation, claim registration,

assessment, approval, and settlement.

- Logged and tracked defects using Jira, worked closely with developers for resolution and re-

testing.

- Conducted API testing to verify data exchange between Majesco and external partner systems

(policy, payment, and document services).

- Testing of old customers flows like: Policy renew, expiry, claim settlement/rejection etc.

Project Name - One-Assist

- Initial 6 months training in manual and automation testing followed by this project.

One Assist provides Repair, Extended Warranty and Insurance to various electronic devices including

Mobile, Laptop, Kindle, Washing Machine, AC, TV, Refrigerator, Geyser, Water Purifier, Wearables etc.
