• Providing Strategic leadership to the Bio-Incubator at Regional Centre for Biotechnology
• Work closely with the Chief Operations Officer (COO) to develop the business and help the incubator achieve its business objectives and targets.
• Stimulate progress of the Incubator through various approaches of strategic business development.
• Build and maintain strategic alliance with Govt and Private bodies
• Vibrant entrepreneurial ecosystem development as per mandate of Centre Formulation of financial plans, monitor their implementation.
• Plan and produce the publicity material and marketing collateral, Public relationship management
• Development and implementation of strategic programs/ outreach activities to promote entrepreneurship
• Liaison & Coordination with other incubators, Govt. and Private organizations, Venture Capitalist and Angel Investor to boost ecosystem
• Support 'Startup India and Make in India' Initiatives
• Networking support to startups for future growth opportunities
• Provide Mentorship to the startups- Supported 33 Startups till date through Incubation (startups have delivered 6+ COVID products in market during Coronavirus pandemic)
• Day-to-Day operational support to Incubator

• Product Life cycle management and Monitoring of Research Based patented product (Acute as well as Chronic (Patented in 7 countries) in Pain Management (Ortho.) Segment
• Planning: Prepare marketing plan & marketing strategy for product based on latest medical evidence
• Ensure effective implementation of the strategy by field force
• Develop communication material, tactics in compliance with marketing guidelines and monitor execution of the same by field force
• Branding and Promotions: Gather customer feedback through primary research (patient segment and indication)
• New Product Launches, Product Extension (Horizontal & vertical), Revenue Generation (ROI)
• Develop customized communication strategy and tools; initiate discussions with different advertisement agencies
• Sales force leadership development training to senior managers
