- Managing Mortgages Valuation Group with a team of 7 employees and 4 Vendors across the region ensuring proper quality of reports and TAT (Turn Around Time) Valuing all kinds of immovable properties be it residential, industrial, commercial or industrial.
- Handling valuation for various products of Home Loans (Self Construction, Builder Purchase, Loan Against Property, Home Improvement, Balance Transfer, Land Loan etc), Commercial Loans, Construction Project Fundings and Corporate Banking Loans and providing valuations services for 12 different verticals across the bank like HL, CBG, SMEAG, RIBG, CRFG, Infrastructure Management and services Group.
- Technical clearance for all the projects as APFs (Advanced Processing Facility), ADFs (Advanced Disbursement Facility) and monitoring their progress till completion
- Valuation reports for Construction Finance team.
