- This tool predicts compatibility/incompatibility between a drug and can help significantly reduce the number of trial & error experiments and last minute surprises during product development
- Developed nitrosamine tool that can predict the NDSRI formation potential of a drug, its CPCA class, Its daily intake limit as well as the allowed limits of Nitrite content that can be present in the excipients
- Provided in-silico support to FR&D teams for development of differentiated and generic products by predicting i) list of suitable solvents for an API ii) excipient with good affinity for API iii) skin permeation of API from a topical formulation iv) selection of suitable skin permeation enhancer v) drug – excipient compatibility etc
- Carried out New Project Ideation to convert DRL brands to Mega brands and many new Ideas were proposed in the Ideation forum of DRL
- Responsible for Development and Maintenance of Modeling infrastructure to continue the activities of the department in supporting various tasks of FR&D teams.
