Have 12+ years of work experience in configuring and managing Enterprise IT Infrastructure on on-prem datacenter and private cloud for company domains like Contact Center, ERP, Networking and Data Center. Experienced in configuring and managing Linux servers on physical, virtual and cloud platforms with specific knowledge on Cisco B and C-series hardware, VMware virtualization software and cloud computing platforms like OpenStack, AWS, Cisco ACC and Microsoft Azure. Have good knowledge in implementing and managing CISCO UCS Domains for physical, virtual and private cloud compute provisioning. Have sound knowledge in configuring PURE, HP 3PAR, EMC SAN, NETAPP SAN and NAS storage. Experienced in provisioning and managing Oracle and MySQL Database environments. Well versed with OS upgrade/patching, migration and consolidation procedures for compute and storage infrastructure.

• Implementation: Understand application/database infrastructure requirements through discovery meetings, Configure the servers and extend support until go-live.
• Responsible for implementing CISCO UCS Domains for bare metal server, ESXi server and OpenStack hypervisor provisioning.
• Maintenance: Actively participate in IT strategic planning for Infrastructure capacity scaling and IT security to analyze possible threats and vulnerabilities, ensure that the outcomes are planned and implemented within the given stipulated time. This includes OS Patching, OS upgrade, Storage Migration/Consolidation, Compute upgrade/Consolidation, CISCO UCS Firmware management, ESXi patching and ESXi upgrade.
• Management: Ensure a secure, reliable, scalable, and efficient compute and storage infrastructure with a team of engineers during IST time zone. Manage relationships with hardware (CISCO) and OS(RedHat)(VMWare) providers to ensure that contracts are delivered in an effective manner. Prepare and keep current documentation on all managed systems, including architecture diagrams, flow diagrams, standard operating plans etc.
