Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance to technical teams as required.
- Responsible for smooth operation of Building utilities like HVAC systems, Transformers, HT/LT Breakers, STP, WTP, UPS and other low side utilities services.
- Review and Implementation of safety standards/ BSC OH&S Procedures/ Engineering guidelines/ SOP.
- Delivery of facility management services by ensuring services delivery in line with contractual commitments and within budgets.
- Forecast and allocate financial and physical resources of facility management.
- Review utilities consumption, manage budgets and ensure cost effectiveness.
- Generate and present regular reports and reviews of facility related budgets, finances, contracts, expenditures, and purchases.
- Ensure facility meets compliance standards and government regulations.
- Inspect buildings infrastructures regularly to determine need for repairs or renovations in terms of mechanical, electrical, and facility design modifications, document reports of same.
- Overseeing building projects, renovations, and refurbishments.
- Provided strong leadership to enhance team productivity and morale.
- Maintained positive customer relations by addressing problems head-on and implementing successful corrective actions.

- Budget preparation and CAM reconciliation.
- Coordination with Service Providers for delivery of planned services / Equipment / material being procured.
- Tracking and renewal of maintenance contracts and other statutory licenses.
- Effectively work on budgeting and cost control measures.
- Responsible for waste management as per norms of local pollution control board and local authority.
- Responsible for smooth procurement process (Drafting BOQ, floating with Vendors, arrange cost proposals, Cost comparison, negotiation, Raise PR, PO and Invoice processing after service delivery).
- Performance evaluation of down staff, identify training needs and conduct regular training to vendor staff.
- Responsible for Job safety analysis, following safety guidelines and incident management.
- Ensure compliance to code of conduct, ethics& discipline.
Project and Fit-out Coordination:-
- Details review for drawings, Tender documents, and reports.
- Handling Manpower, Material and Quality of Work.
- Coordinating with Vendors and Contractors for timely completion of Project.
- Coordinating with other fellow contractors for clearances to work.
- Preparing measurement, checking measurement with clients and take certification.
- Managing Projects and try to reduce Expenditure.
- Maintaining good relationship with Client, Vendors, and Consultant.
- Work schedule Tracker, Shop drawings Tracker, Material delivery Schedule & Manpower Deployment Plan.
- Project Related Handover& Takeover co-ordination and execution.
- Taking over of Customer Retail Units, Common Area's with detailed inspection giving pending lists/Snag lists in sync with GFC Drawing and Tech Specification.
- Testing and commissioning of all MEP services of Customer Retail Unit and common areas.
- Fit-out activity monitoring in co-ordination with Fit-out Team and Tenants.
- Re-demising work including Procurement of vendors & execution.
